Sacred Stone
- Unobtainable until the Route 47 mission (DLC)
- Obtained upon entering Dun Tower (1 for access, 2 more inside)
- Can be bought at Lavender Radio Tower (upper floors, post-inauguration)
Rocket Stone
- Cannot be obtained until the 5th–6th Johto badge period
- Available at Lavender Radio Tower (upper floors, post-inauguration)
Devon Stone
- A single unit is obtainable during the 4th mission in Hoenn
