This guide lists all Arceus Plate locations in Pokemon Team Rocket Edition and the point in the story when each Plate becomes available.
Arceus Plates change Arceus’s type and also increase the power of moves of their corresponding type. In Team Rocket Edition, the type boost from Plates is 30%.
English version note: several Plates are obtained during the Johto DLC or Hoenn, so they may not yet be available in the current English translation because it is behind the Spanish version.
