Welcome to the Pokemon Team Rocket Edition documentation and wiki for DragonsDen’s version of the game.

This page is the main hub for gameplay reference guides covering evolution methods, Evolution Stones, TMs, Mega Stones, Pokemon changes, Rocket experiments, special forms, held items and other game mechanics.

The current Spanish release is the primary version developed first. It contains Kanto, the Sevii Islands, Johto, the Johto DLC and the current Hoenn content. The English translation currently covers Kanto, the Sevii Islands and Johto.

Pokemon Evolution Guides

New Evolution Methods

Pokemon Team Rocket Edition changes several evolution methods and introduces evolution requirements for regional forms and custom Pokemon.

The current guide covers methods involving Link Stone, Sacred Stone, Rocket Stone, Devon Stone, changed level evolutions, regional forms, trade replacements and newer additions such as Sylveon.

The current documentation preserves most established evolution methods while adding refinements such as separate male and female Basculin evolutions, and the newer v3.0.2 creator update adds Eevee’s Sylveon evolution method.

TM and Move Guides

TM Locations

Pokemon Team Rocket Edition contains a large TM system with 246 numbered TM slots.

The current documentation shows that several TMs which were unavailable in older releases now have obtainable locations, while many later TMs still remain unavailable. For this reason, availability must be checked individually rather than assuming that every numbered TM can currently be obtained.

The TM guide lists each documented TM, its move and where it becomes available in the adventure.

Mega Evolution Guides

Mega Stones Locations

The current game includes the existing Mega Stone collection together with newer Mega content.

The latest Spanish documentation contains a dedicated Pokemon Legends: Z-A Mega Stone section, with individual stones marked with their current locations or as unobtainable where appropriate.

Use this guide when you need to know where a particular Mega Stone can currently be found.

New Mega Evolutions

Team Rocket Edition contains custom Mega Evolutions in addition to Mega content originating from the Pokemon games.

This guide focuses on the additional Mega forms used in Team Rocket Edition.

Pokemon, Pokedex and Form Changes

The current game’s Pokemon data extends through Generation 9, with normal Pokedex entries through Pecharunt followed by additional game-specific entries. Not every listed Pokemon is necessarily obtainable, so the documentation distinguishes Pokemon data from actual availability.

Changes in Stats, Types & Abilities

Many Pokemon have altered stats, typings or abilities in Team Rocket Edition.

The current 2026 documentation contains substantially more ability and Pokemon-change data than the older English documentation, so current Spanish values take priority where the datasets differ.

Team Rocket’s experiments produce a number of special Pokemon and modified forms that are unique to this project.

Bond Forms

This guide covers the game’s Bond Forms and their Pokemon-specific information.

The English creator documentation uses Strong Bonds for the corresponding Fuertes Vínculo system, so Strong Bond is the preferred English terminology when referring specifically to that category.

Current Documentation Version Scope

The documentation needs to be read with the game version in mind because the Spanish and English releases do not currently contain the same amount of playable content.

Some English reference documents contain translated information about later DLC and Hoenn content, but this does not mean those sections are playable in English v1.5. Those files can contain translated reference material ahead of the playable English release.

If a guide includes an item, location or mechanic tied specifically to the Johto DLC or Hoenn, that content may currently apply only to the Spanish version.

Quality-of-Life and Team-Building Features

The current creator documentation also records several systems that can help when building or training a team, including:

These systems are documented across different points of the adventure rather than being available from the beginning.

The website also has a Pokemon Team Rocket Edition Cheat Codes reference.

The existing cheat list has not been re-tested against v3.0.3, so it should be treated as a legacy reference rather than confirmation that every code works with the current Spanish release.
