How to use Cheat in Pokemon Team Rocket Edition?

🔧Cheat Code Usage Guide

🛒 How to Use (Poké Mart Codes)

  1. Activate the cheat code in your emulator.
  2. Go to any Poké Mart in the game.
  3. Purchase the first item on the list — it will be replaced by the item tied to the code you activated.
  4. Note: You must have enough money, as the item is not free.

🎒 How to Use (Bag Item Codes)

  1. Activate the cheat code in your emulator.
  2. Enter any building (e.g., a Pokémon Center or house).
  3. Exit the building.
  4. Open your Bag — the item tied to your code (e.g., Rare Candies or Master Balls) will appear in large quantities.

⚠️ Known Issues (Bag Item Codes)

Recommendation: Turn off the cheat after obtaining the desired number of items.

This type of code continuously duplicates the item while active.

Can lead to your bag being flooded with items, which may cause glitches or game instability.

Rules to Follow Before using Cheat Codes:

  • Save your game before using any cheat codes to avoid any issues caused by them.
  • We’ve only detected item duplication during testing, but it’s still a good idea to be cautious.
  • Close the cheat code immediately after using it to prevent any other problems.
  • Always check your game before saving after using a cheat code.

Make sure to follow all the above instructions to avoid any issues during your gameplay.

It could be my fault but I tried different times.

How can I use the rare candy cheat? It doesn’t work for me… neither do the exp candy. If I get the rare candies they’re in the balls item bag and I cant use them

uou go to retro arch menu go to quick menu with the rom loaded up scroll down and click cheats and make a cheat with the codes after that save its name then when you got all the different cheats you want make a cheat save file by clicking save cheat file as higher up on the main cheat menu. this took me a while to find for myself aswell lol

Change the part of the code from 0066 to 0065. That will give rare candy.

The rare candy cheat I used was the one that gave me candies in my bag, instead, I got extra small Exp-candies. This is for version 1.0

  10. Prudence on June 15, 2025 11:37 am

After I tried switching 0066 to 0065 I still had my one rare candy that I got earlier in the game, but when I used it on my Pokemon it was infinite until I canceled and I no longer had my rare candy

Link stones code is incorrect on this list. It’s listed as 82005334 00DF and should be 82005334 00E0

The candies cheat just gave me lines and lines of candies and every time I touch it, it adds more even after disabling and closing.
