This guide covers special held items, evolution-related items, Z-Crystals, Genesect Drives, Silvally Memories, Gems, Berries and other important items in Pokemon Team Rocket Edition.

For general competitive items such as Choice Band, Life Orb and Focus Sash, use the Competitive Battle Held Items guide instead.

Some of the items on this page also have modified effects in Team Rocket Edition. Those changes are covered separately in the Item Changes guide.

English version note: items tied to the Johto DLC or Hoenn may not yet be available in the current English translation because it is behind the Spanish version.

Super-Effective Damage-Reducing & Pinch Stat Berries

The Berries that reduce damage from super-effective attacks, together with the Berries that increase a stat when the holder reaches low HP, first become available in the Secret Forest on Seven Island during the Atlas side quest.

Earliest availability: Sevii Islands

They can later also be purchased at a house northeast of Goldenrod City.

Later availability: Johto – 3rd Badge
