What level does deep bond form for kingdra evolve at?

It doesn’t. According to the Discord mod Crobat is the only one that does. Even though an opponent has one in game, the player cannot as of yet.

I tried leveling up Swadloon and Budew and neither have evolved. Also is there a way to get Sylveon since you can get the other Eeveelutions?

    Reply
    • DD on November 8, 2025 10:24 am

I got Sylveon and it was a total random surprise lol. First I got an Eevee in Bills garden at lvl 5, then at level 6 Eevee learnt baby-doll eyes and evolved, so I guess the evolution mechanism is just to learn a fairy type move + level up.

if your eevee has a fairy move and levels up it’ll evolve into sylveon on level up like in the actual games
